Pricing and Terms
Weekly rates on average Winter $3000 , Spring Summer $2000,

Sales and Resort tax 13%, Admin fee approximately 5% depend on season, Departure Cleaning fee $175 per stay, Travel and damage insurance can be purchased separately if want it. Minimum stay is Seven days, no pets, no smoking in Unit, and Obey Association and local rules and regulations;
