Brief Description

 Gorgeous home, two private balconies to relax on. Single car Garage for car and driveway for extra parking; There is a storage, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels in garage. Fully equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, dishes, pots & pans. TV with cable, DVD player. Washer & Dryer, plenty of towels, bedding, supply of starter supplies. Main bedroom has a private bath area, with King size bed and TV in the room. Private Pool and jacuzzi,  and BBQ area, with direct access to the beach.

Amenities on Property and Surrounding area

Your on the Beach side, there Fishing , miles of beach to enjoy, Golfing, deep sea fishing, boating, golfcarts for rent, Kayaking, and major attractions with in hours of this location; such as Disney, Universal, Bush Gardens, Mote Marine, Florida Aquarium, and Sea World.  Many great Restaurants nearby, shopping, and tourist attractions.

Pricing and Terms

Weekly rates on average Winter $3500 ,  Spring Summer $2450,

Fall $1950 , you can see the daily rate on the calendar, and the total cost will appear when you highlight and search for dates.

Sales and Resort tax 13%, Admin fee approximately 5% depend on season, Departure Cleaning fee $225 per stay, Travel and damage insurance can be purchased separately if want it. Minimum stay is Seven days, a pet must approve, no smoking in Unit, and Obey all local rules and regulations;

Beach is in short walking distance, beach stuff,  beach towels, and beach chairs.  King Bed In main room, queen bed and twin bed in second, two and half bathrooms. Fully stock kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Large screen TV, cable, high speed internet, and more.
